Rules & Regulations

All the students will abide by the following rules and regulations:

1. Students will follow the code of conduct laid down by the college authority to maintain discipline in the campus.
2. Students must put on proper uniform (For Boys: White Shirt, Black Pant, Tie, Oxford Shoe. For Girls: Salwar, Kamiz. Blazer during winter) to attend the classes/programmes at the college. Students (boys) must have proper and gentle haircut. Girls hair should decently be combed.
3. Students are expected to attend 100% classes. Absence due to medical reasons to be informed to the Principal along with medical certificate/ prescription.
4. Students must be present at the classes fifteen (15) minutes prior to the class starts. Students are not allowed to leave the campus during class time. In case of emergency, prior permission has to be taken from the Principal for leaving the campus.
5. Prolonged absence of 3 months or more without prior approval of the authority will be considered as cancellation of admission.
6. Fine for absence: Class VI to X-Taka 10 per day and Class XI to Class XII- Taka 40 per day. A fine of Taka 200 will be imposed for late payment of tuition fees after 20th of each month.
7. Tuition fees and all dues to be cleared by 10th of each month. Defaulters will pay a fine of Tk 10 for each additional day of delay payment.
8. All outstanding dues to be cleared before Annual Term End Exams.
9. Candidates must clear tuition fees and all other dues before any Board or Test Exam (JSC/SSC/HSC). Students will be allowed to sit for such Exams after they clear all the dues.
10. Students are not allowed to bring electronic gadgets/mobile phones/irrelevant materials/iteams (Steel scales, gold, ornaments). If found with any student, those will be confiscated and severe action will be taken.
11. In case of intentional damage to any college property, students will be liable to pay the cost of the property damaged.
12. Student failing to get promotion to the next higher class will be either detained in the same class or will be asked to take TC (College authority will decide on case to case basis)
13. Only authorized guardians will be allowed to make contact/ correspondence with the college authority.
14. Any change of guardianship or address of the student will have to be informed by the guardian in writing.
15. Adopting unfair means in any exam is strictly forbidden. Anyone caught in such practices will be punished and admission may be cancelled.
16. Once admission formalities are completed, request for TC/cancellation of admission will not be entertained (except Govt. employees or official transfer). If TC is issued under special consideration, the applicant will pay all dues for the entire session.
17. Students should observe polite behavior and be respectful and courteous to others.
18. College campus is totally free from “Politics and Smoking”.

নিয়ম-কানুন
সকল শিক্ষার্থীকে নিম্নলিখিত নিয়মকানুন যথাযথভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে:
১। প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্বিক শৃঙ্খলা সুষ্ঠুভাবে বজায় রাখতে প্রতিটি শিক্ষার্থীকে নির্ধারিত নিয়মকানুন মেনে চলতে হবে।
২। কলেজে অবস্থানকালীন যথাযথ ইউনিফর্ম (সাদা শার্ট, কালো প্যান্ট, টাই, অক্সফোর্ড সু/সালোয়ার, কামিজ, শীতকালীন ব্লেজার) পরিধান করতে হবে। শিক্ষাঙ্গনে অনুষ্ঠিত সহশিক্ষা কার্যক্রমের সাথে সম্পর্কযুক্ত সকল অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে। সকল শিক্ষার্থীদের শৃঙ্খলা, রুচিশীলতা, পরিপাট্য ও পরিচ্ছন্নতা রক্ষায় যতœশীল থাকতে হবে। ছেলে শিক্ষার্থীদের যথাযথভাবে চুল ছেঁটে এবং মেয়েদের চুল যথাযথভাবে বেঁধে আসতে হবে ।
৩। শিক্ষার্থীদের ১০০% উপস্থিতি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। শারীরিক অসুস্থতাজনিত কারণে অনুপস্থিত থাকলে শিক্ষার্থীকে মেডিকেল সার্টিফিকেট/চিকিৎসার ব্যবস্থাপত্রসহ অধ্যক্ষ বরাবর আবেদন করতে হবে।
৪। শ্রেণি কার্যক্রম শুরু হওয়ার কমপক্ষে পনের মিনিট পূর্বে শিক্ষার্থীদের ক্যাম্পাসে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে। শ্রেণি কার্যক্রম চলা অবস্থায় কেউ ক্যাম্পাস ত্যাগ করতে পারবে না। জরুরি প্রয়োজনে ছুটির জন্য অধ্যক্ষ মহোদয়ের অনুমতি নিতে হবে।
৫ । পূর্বানুমতি বা ছুটি অনুমোদন ব্যতিত ০৩ (তিন) মাস অনুপস্থিত থাকলে ভর্তি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
৬। অনুপস্থিতির ফি/জরিমানা: ষষ্ঠ শ্রেণি থেকে দশম শ্রেণি – দিন প্রতি ১০ টাকা এবং একাদশ ও দ্বাদশ শ্রেণি – দিন প্রতি ৪০ টাকা।
৭। প্রতিমাসের ১০ তারিখের মধ্যে বেতন পরিশোধ করতে হবে। নির্ধারিত তারিখের মধ্যে বেতন পরিশোধ করতে ব্যর্থ হলে দিন প্রতি ১০ টাকা করে জরিমানা প্রদান করতে হবে। মাসের ২০ তারিখের মধ্যে বেতন পরিশোধ না করলে ২০০ টাকা জরিমানা দিতে হবে।
৮। শিক্ষার্থীকে সাময়িক পরীক্ষা ও বার্ষিক পরীক্ষার পূর্বে বেতনসহ সকল প্রকার বকেয়া (জরিমানা যদি থাকে) পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
৯। বোর্ড পরীক্ষার্থীদের সমগ্র সেশনের বেতন, বকেয়া স্কুল/কলেজের নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষার আগেই পরিশোধ করতে হবে। (জে.এস.সি/এস.এস.সি/এইচ.এস.সি পরীক্ষার্থী এর আওতাভুক্ত) বেতনাদি পরিশোধে ব্যর্থ হলে শিক্ষার্থীকে স্কুল/কলেজের নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় বসার অনুমতি দেয়া হবে না।
১০। শিক্ষাঙ্গনে মোবাইল ফোন, ইলেক্ট্রনিক্স সরঞ্জাম, স্বর্ণালংকার, মূল্যবান সামগ্রী (যা শিক্ষা কার্যক্রমের সঙ্গে অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ), অপ্রয়োজনীয় ও অনুমোদিত সরঞ্জাম ইত্যাদি ক্যাম্পাসে নিয়ে আসা এবং বহন করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। যদি শিক্ষার্থীদের এসব বহন করতে দেখা যায় তৎক্ষণাৎ সরঞ্জামাদি জব্দ করা সহ কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা হবে। এ নিয়ে কোনো ধরনের তদবির/অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
১১। প্রতিষ্ঠানের সম্পত্তি ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে নষ্ট করলে শিক্ষার্থী জরিমানা স্বরূপ টাকা প্রদান করতে দায়বদ্ধ থাকবে।
১২। কোনো শিক্ষার্থী পরবর্তী শ্রেণিতে উত্তীর্ণ হতে ব্যর্থ হলে তাকে পূর্ববর্তী শ্রেণিতেই পুনরায় অধ্যয়ন করতে হবে নতুবা তাকে প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধানের কাছ থেকে ছাড়পত্র নিতে হবে। (ছাড়পত্রের ব্যাপারে কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষ পরিস্থিতি বিবেচনা সাপেক্ষে সিদ্ধান্ত প্রদান করবে)।
১৩। কেবলমাত্র প্রতিষ্ঠানের ফরমে উল্লিখিত স্বাক্ষরকৃত অভিভাবকের কলেজ কর্তৃপক্ষের সাথে যোগাযোগ/সাক্ষাৎ করতে পারবেন।
১৪। শিক্ষার্থীর অভিভাবকত্ব বা ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করতে হলে বর্তমান অভিভাকের পক্ষ থেকে বিষয়টি উল্লেখপূর্বক কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে লিখিত আবেদন জানাতে হবে।
১৫। সকল প্রকার পরীক্ষায় যে কোনো ধরনের অসদুপায় (নকল করা ইত্যাদি) গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় এবং শিক্ষার্থী এধরনের কার্যকলাপে লিপ্ত হলে তাকে প্রতিষ্ঠান হতে বহিষ্কার করা/ তার বিরুদ্ধে দৃষ্টান্তমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
১৬। শিক্ষার্থীর ভর্তি কার্যক্রম শেষ হবার পর ছাড়পত্র/ভর্তি বাতিলের অনুরোধ কোনোভাবেই গ্রহণযোগ্য হবেনা, (শুধুমাত্র সরকারি চাকরিজীবী/বদলি জনিত কারণ ব্যতিত) বিশেষ বিবেচনায় ছাড়পত্র প্রদান করা হলে আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই সম্পূর্ণ সেশনের বকেয়াসহ বেতন পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
১৭। শিক্ষার্থীদের অবশ্যই সহপাঠী ও শিক্ষকদের প্রতি ভালো ব্যবহার ও সম্মান প্রদর্শনে যতœশীল হতে হবে।
১৮। স্কলার্সহোম একটি রাজনীতি ও ধূমপানমুক্ত শিক্ষাঙ্গন। কোনো অবস্থাতেই শিক্ষাঙ্গনের মর্যদা ক্ষুন্ন করা যাবে না।
